1. Accepting these terms

By using The Right Blond (the “site”, at therightblond.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. “We”, “us” and “our” mean The Right Blond.

2. Who may use the site

• You must be at least 19 years old.
• The site is intended for people located in Canada. We do not currently block access by location technically, but if you are elsewhere, you are responsible for making sure that using a site like this is lawful where you are, and you should not use it if it is not.
• You must be legally able to agree to these terms.

We ask you to confirm your age before you play and when you register. If we learn that someone under 19 is using the site, we may remove their account and block access.

3. What the site offers

The Right Blond is a free-to-play social gaming site. It offers slot-style video games for entertainment only. It is not a gambling service. You cannot place real-money bets, make deposits, make purchases or receive prizes of any kind.

4. Virtual coins

• Games use virtual coins that exist only inside the games and are free to play with.
• Coins have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed for money, goods, services or any other real-world value.
• Winning, losing or collecting coins in a game does not give you any right, claim or prize.
• Results in the games do not indicate how you would do at real-money gambling.

5. Accounts

You can play without an account. If you create one, using email and a password or Google sign-in, you agree to:

• give accurate information and keep it up to date by contacting us;
• keep your password confidential and tell us if you think someone else has used your account;
• keep to one account per person.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site if you are under 19, or let anyone under 19 use your account or device to access it;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, other people’s accounts or our systems;
• interfere with the site or the games, for example with bots, scripts, scraping, overloading or reverse engineering;
• use the site to sell or trade coins, accounts or anything of value, or to promote real-money gambling;
• send us unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam messages through the Contact or Support forms;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law.

7. Games and third-party content

The games open inside a frame on our pages and are served from therightblond.com. We may add, change, pause or remove games at any time, and we do not promise that a game will always be available or free of errors. If you sign in with Google, Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that sign-in. The site contains links to outside organisations, such as support services; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

8. Ownership

The site, its design, text, games, artwork and branding belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to use the site for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell or republish site content without our written permission.

9. Messages you send us

When you use the Contact or Support forms, you are responsible for what you write. We use your message and details to reply to you and to run the site, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.

10. Disclaimers

The site and games are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to a particular purpose, and we do not promise that any game will behave in a particular way on your device.

11. Limits on liability

Because the site is free and uses no real money, there is nothing of monetary value to lose by playing. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, coins or progress, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

12. Changes and ending access

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using the site at any time, and we may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to for security or legal reasons.
